They say abs are made in the kitchen.

They say abs are made in the kitchen. In that case my abs are made of delicious Papa Murphy's pizza. We went to my dads last night to watch the national championship game, Go Tigers. My wife cooked Papa Murphy's for everyone there. I had 3 pieces and a coke.

My entire caloric intake for yesterday was:
Two Boiled Eggs
One bowl of oatmeal
One apple
One Orange
Three small slices of Pizza.
This is not starting well. I did do my exercise yesterday though. I did my 20 minute work out in our spare bedroom on my wife's wool rug. I am going to have to move my workout spot. I have a tendancy to sweat alot and by the time I have abs the rug is going to smell like a foot.
Today my work out consists of the beginning of the Tabata Protocol. If my guess is correct this will end with a lot of gasping and puking.
For reference, the picture on top is a picture of me and my Dad the day I graduated Airborne school. ( I had a six pack then)
The picture on the bottom of the guy that looks like he ate the guy that just graduated Airborne school and his Dad, is also me.

Nothing worth having is easy.

I am in the same boat, my friend. I'm about 10 years older than you, 6'2" and ~250lbs. Not sure how I got this far out of shape, but like you I have started to do something about it.

Good luck to both of us!
